My introduction
I am at a time in my life where the living is easy. Lyrics taken directly from "Summertime" which is one of my favorite songs. I love participating in social activities and enjoy the company of others. I'm recently retired, although I periodically teach oil painting and have been known to put a brush to a canvas myself. People describe me as compassionate, intelligent, caring and have a great sense of humor. Life can be serious, so I think it's great to be able to not sweat the small stuff and appreciate every day for what it is. I love walking through forests and taking long walks on the beach. I love to travel, movies and live theater, having dinner out with friends and listening to many genres of music including Blues, R&B, Reggae, Easy Listening and old time Rock being a few of my favorites.
I am seeking a man with similar interests who also wants the most from life. Someone who is kind, endearing, clever, fun to be with a man who is comfortable in his own shoes. I'm willing to take a chance. Are you?
