My introduction
I have been teaching in special education for over ten years now. I'm one of the few that can say that I still love my job.....even after a decade. I'm a mellow girl, but can bring out my sassy side when needed. I enjoy being outdoors: hiking in parks and trails, swimming, biking, and just being outside in nature. I'm always up for an adventure and will be willing to try anything once.
When I head out into the city I like to visit: museums, art galleries, shopping, listen to local bands, see a play or a ballet, and find local historical places. I'm a decent cook and like to have people gather at my place for a fun night. I enjoy trying different ethnic foods, and hanging out with my friends. I LOVE music! My brother is a musician and I grew up with music playing all the time. I was able to see his band perform at different venues - it sparked my interest in finding new local bands, and getting out to enjoy some great music.
I'm a girly-girl at heart and love to treat myself to mani - pedi's. I'm all about the accessories. :-)
I like to relax at home and curl up on the couch and watch a movie as much as I like to go out and have fun. I'm looking for a fun-loving guy with a sense of humor and a big heart.
