My introduction

I am a very fit and healthy 50 year old and I don't mean I love exercising sitting down using rubber bands LOL. I recently earned my 1st degree black belt, I lift weights and enjoy intense cardio. I'll have enough time to be old when I am 150! LOL. No blue pill needed either, just saying, wink. I am happy being me, I am confident, engaging, energetic, gregarious, ambitious and much more. I enjoy the outdoors as much as I enjoy my home and being with my family, my kids and my friends. I love doing, achieving, learning and generally growing as a man. I love being with friends and family, BQ, etc. I believe in being responsible for my actions and my results. I love learning from people who know more and achieve more. I love giving my time and help others when I can. I am complex and sometimes a paradox, hey that's me, I am just flawed and happy. Happiness is a decision you make one day to accept yourself, take responsibility and seek to change what you can about yourself to achieve your dreams. I love being a dad and building memories. Life is beautiful, it's meant to be enjoyed and not wasted. Each day, each moment is an opportunity to learn and grow. I am looking for a special woman who seeks a special connection, a true intimate relationship that includes honesty, openness, vulnerability, respect and yes amazing chemistry. I want to protect her, love her with all my heart and make her my priority. I am looking for a life partner.
