Ivy League educated Mensan with interests ranging from cryptography to drifting (cars), ballet to blasting classic rock, fine wine to down home comfort food. Sweet, shy, & kind with a sarcastic wit. Fiercely loyal, honest, & trustworthy. Like to have a small circle of close friends, rather than hundreds of acquaintances. Hobbies & Interests: Food & Wine, Travel, Independent & Foreign Films, Cars, Horseback Riding, Birding, Cryptography, Puzzles. My tastes in music range from folk/singer-songwrit er styles to rock to blues to bluegrass to jazz. Favorites include Girlyman, Patty Griffin, the Greencards, Pink Martini. I consider myself a foodie. Like anything from local down home specialities to the finest cuisines in the world. Like to follow fashion and rarely wear t-shirts/tennis shoes out in public except when doing outdoor activities. Not obsessed, though, just like to do my hair & makeup & take the time to look my best whenever I am out. However, I love to relax at home in casual clothes, make-up free, with hair up in a ponytail, too. Looking for an honest person whom I can trust, whether as a friend or a romantic partner. Want someone who can make me laugh, and who can enjoy both highbrow and lowbrow events and activities. Wish to find someone who is a non-smoker, light to moderate drinker, liberal & well educated, with no drug use, no disease, no drama.
