My introduction

This is long, but pinpoints, so read on! It would be nice to get out with some like minded people. I am an attractive woman with a great smile who loves to laugh. I like to take stock in my life and know who I am and what’s going on around me. I'm spiritual but not religious, funny, open minded and willing to defend others. I am strong willed (when necessary) yet very tender hearted, and empathetic (especially with animals and children). I would love to meet someone that is grounded and mature, with the occasional goof/smarty pants persona. I'm a wonderful friend, sister and daughter. I'm adventurous and spontaneous (well sometimes). Traveling, road trips, hiking, new things? I've experienced a pretty full, "funtastic" life with more to come! Do you have a heart? Gentle spirited and kind to others? You can tell a lot about someone by the way they treat others. You'd be laid back and like to go with the flow, yet not a couch potato with no input or ambition or drive. Like guys say for the women, can you dress up for a night on the town and still look great in "hang around the house clothes"? Ha! Someone with a brain and uses it often. I like intelligence without arrogance. I have a new found love for the gym As I'm continuing to be motivated to get healthy, I would like to be with someone that is of like mind and encouraging about health and/or getting healthier (of course without giving up living!) I love being outdoors, camping, hiking, etc, I'm not into climbing 14'ers, or going on 2 day bike rides, but if you do that's great! Everyone has their own thing and we all should. I like the idea of being an individual in a relationship. I'm not into jealous, needy or controlling men. I like to try to be on the positive side of life when I wake up in the mornings and continue to find joy in the things that each day has to offer. With so many triggers in daily life I find that essential. Meditation (like exercise takes effort) and being grounded are important to me...it's a daily challenge. FYI: I'm totally not into "separated" men or middle aged "playas". Rather someone that is real enough with themselves and has the integrity and confidence to treat others and themselves with respect.
