My introduction

I am an Overcomer inf Christ looking to meet someone else who loves the Lord. I am 48 years old, divorced and do not have any children. I would prefer to meet someone without children or whose children are adults. My dog and cat were like my kids but sadly I lost them both lastt year. I was blessed to have them for many years and they will always be in my heart. I plan to get another dog in a few months. I would describe myself as an extremely sensitive person, both on the inside and out. I love to laugh, and enjoy comedy very much. I listen to Christian, Country, Classic Rock and Pop music. I love going to concerts and live theatre. I am a very independent, take charge type of person. I am kind and generous (sometimes to a fault). I am looking for someone who can challenge me mentally and intellectually, as well as make me laugh, and all the other fun stuff that comes along as establishing a foundation & possibly a relationship develops. I AM AN AVID NON-SMOKER & HAVE A TERRIBLE ALLERGY TO TOBACCO! Not smoking and sharing the Christian faith are two things I cannot compromise on. I would like to meet someone who like myself has a high moral conscience and treats other people as they would like to be treated (The Golden Rule). Someone who believes in the gift of giving when helping someone less fortunate than ourselves. Also someone who is employed (or lives independently on their own source of income), drives and has a vehicle. I am not looking to care take anyone or support them, and I'm not looking for someone to support me financially). I HOPE & PRAY that I will meet the right person for me someday, and have someone to share my life with. I don't think God created us to be alone (regardless of challenges and hard work that are all part of a relationship I think it is worth it). I also believe if it's part of God's plan for me, He will bring that special Godly man into my life. If a relationship were to develop, I am looking for someone to accept me for who and how I am & I expect to do the same. None of us are perfect. If you also believe that no matter what we have gone through in life that it is when we are going through difficult times that we grow the most. We learn from life experiences and can become compassionate mentors for others going through the same experience I look forward to hearing from you. One more thing about myself. I AM CANADIAN!
